RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

At Eclador, we do everything we can to ensure you're satisfied with your order. But we're also transparent about what's possible... and what isn't.
✅ Returns accepted:
1) Only if the product is new, unopened, unused
2) Packaging intact and sealed
3) Return requested within 7 days of receipt
📝 Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , unless there is an error on our part.
❌ Returns refused:
1) Opened, used or tested products
2) Damaged or torn packaging
3) Requests made after 7 days of receipt
For reasons of transparency and quality, we never re-sell a product that has left our stock. No risk , no doubt .
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union's 7-day reflection period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
